Inspiring Women Leaders in COVID19 Times: Wincie Wong
“Leaders are forged in times of crisis”. But what happens when the crisis demands social distancing and home confinement? How do real leaders adapt, leverage the situation and use it to their advantage?
On Tuesday 26th of May CFTE’s “Inspiring Women Leaders” series will be welcoming Wincie Wong, Head of Rose Review Implementation at NatWest, who is an international speaker, a digital evangelist, and serial entrepreneur.
In this session, Wincie will walk us through the ways in which COVID19 is affecting female entrepreneurs. She’ll be sharing insights on key issues identified, as well as the strategies businesses need to execute in order to succeed during this pandemic and after.
Wincie is passionate about spearheading the growth of a diverse technology workforce. She is also:
- Co-founder of the NatWest Girls Can Code network
- Founding member of Tech She Can, an organisation bringing together 160+ corporates to increase the number of women in tech roles in the UK, through education.
- At The Rose Review, she is creating an ecosystem that aims to tap the huge unrealised economic potential of female entrepreneurs by making the UK one of the best countries in the world for women to start and grow a new business.
If you’re also seeking to develop your finance and tech skills, or grow your entrepreneurial mindset, one of CFTE’s courses could be a right fit for you!
